AKRON, Ohio FedEx Custom Critical, Inc., North America’s largest time-specific, critical-shipment carrier, has appointed John G. (Jack) Pickard president and CEO.

Pickard brings nearly 30 years of transportation experience to his new role at FedEx Custom Critical. He joined the company in 1986, holding positions in sales, marketing and operations, and has served as a vice president since 1989.
