FedEx Custom Critical Enhances Online Shipping Toolkit
Convenient Fast Ship application and online credit-card payment options save time

AKRON, Ohio, Dec. 13, 2004 — Customers of FedEx Custom Critical, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. [NYSE: FDX], can now enjoy faster online shipment scheduling and bill payment with Fast Ship and credit-card payment options.

Fast Ship, a new application on the Shipping Toolkit located at customcritical.fedex.com, enables customers to duplicate or make minor changes to past online orders. Customers’ shipment information – including service type, pickup and delivery locations, packaging, commodity, weight, dimensions, declared value and need for special handling – is saved in a user profile for 28 days. Customers can then duplicate or edit past orders and saved quotes, eliminating the need to re-enter shipment information that is often the same and improving the speed of shipment scheduling.

The second Shipping Toolkit enhancement is a secure, online credit-card payment option for outstanding FedEx Custom Critical invoices. Customers can pay outstanding invoices for any shipment made in the past 90 days with Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express®.

With the Shipping Toolkit, customers can get instant rate quotes; schedule Surface Expedite and White Glove Services shipments; track shipments from pickup to delivery; view shipping paperwork including bill of lading, proof of delivery and invoice; and manage their online account.
